Auction

We won an auction last night. $3,500 for a Hylas 54 that would cost $8,000 for a week. This boat is wicked. I could tell you about it, but it is too wicked.

I got outbid on a kayak, hike, snorkel tour around Caneel, however. I made a dink bid up and up. He was going to win it at $301, but he had to bid $556 to get it. That is equivalent to a donation to the park of $255.

Perhaps I will get another one. I sent Heather an email about an alternative trip.
